Right now East & Co is led by Andrew, with support from a small group of trusted collaborators when needed. Clients know that their critical work is led by Andrew, not passed down to a junior team. Over time the practice may grow to a team of three or four, while staying small and focused.
We are based in New Zealand and work with clients across the country. Most work is done on site or in a hybrid way, depending on what suits your organisation and project.
